The New Mexico Activities Association requires all high schools who participate in NMAA sanctioned sports to meet with the parents of participating athletes. Quemado Schools will be holding our meeting in the Quemado Schools Cafeteria on Monday, August 21st , at 5:15 p.m. The meeting should take about an hour.

Quemado Independent School District is now accepting applications for:

**Bus Driver – Quemado School Campus**

This position is responsible for driving the regular route bus from Quemado to Red Hill in the mornings and afternoons when school is in session. The district will cover the cost of all required training for the successful applicant. The successful applicant must have a clean driving record and the ability to work effectively with students and staff.

Position:

*   Starting pay is $29.50 per hour for three hours per day.

*   A.M. Schedule: 6:15 – 7:45

*   P.M. Schedule: 3:45 – 5:15

*   The district will pay the successful applicant for all required training time.

*   Additional activity driving may also be available.

Employment Requirements:

*   Must have a clean driving record and the ability to obtain a CDL.

*   Must be safe and reliable.

*   Pre-employment background check is required.
